5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be claimed only once (where applicable).
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• c33bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

c33bd's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases progressively at each level — from up to 0.2% at Bronze to up to 0.8% at Diamond. To advance to a higher level, you must remain consistently active and increase your usage of the platform.

c33bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If account information is found to be false or incomplete.
• If there is non-cooperation during the verification process.
• Upon instruction from a court or legal authority.
• When necessary to protect the security of the platform or the interests of other users.

7.2 Closed at User's Request

You can also request to close your own account. In that case, please contact the support team. Before the account is closed, all active bonuses will be cancelled and any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method (wagering conditions apply).
